Kirt Kingzett is a man of many passions.  From his love of the natural places on the Earth to real estate design, construction and finance to world travel, performing, diving, cycling and running marathons, Kirt follows his passions, and it is amazing how often they seem to coincide.  Several years ago, he was in Costa Rica investigating a real estate opportunity when he was asked to take part in the Green Sea Turtle project, helping baby sea turtles safely reach the ocean. The experience galvanized his desire to conserve and protect the environment.

"I've traveled through countries with amazing natural resources, landscapes, coral reefs and places to visit. I don't want to lose them. If there's something I can do to make a change to preserve these amazing places, bring it on."

Kirt began making changes in all his real estate properties.  With a Degree in Electrical Engineering, his background helped him put energy efficient solutions in place.  These include everything from putting in energy-saving light bulbs and appliances to altering the design of the house to make use of more natural light and airflow.  He's consulted with many other homeowners on improvements and changes they can make that will save money and resources, and increase their property value.  "I will show you not only how to save money but to make your place green friendly."

In addition to his real estate business, Kirt works regularly as a commercial voice artist, and has appeared on camera in everything from the daytime drama "Passions" to the host of iNHD's popular series "Beer Nutz."  With Kirt's curiosity, exuberance and outgoing personality, hosting was a natural fit.  And the beer he sampled was a natural fit with his organic diet. "They use hops, barley, yeast and water, nothing else. The same ingredients brewers used 5,000 years ago."

Kirt is an avid swimmer, scuba diver, cyclist and runner.  He enjoys riding in Centuries (100 mile bike races), running marathons, and, on a visit to San Francisco, swam to Alcatraz.

Though he expends a lot of energy as an athlete, he's committed to helping reduce energy consumption as a society.  "We all use much more than we need.  If we use only what we need we would be so much better off.  I would love the opportunity to show people how they can make their homes green friendly and save money doing it."
